WEIFENG LÜ (Zhejiang China, Nov. 1977) received the B.S. degree in information engineering in 2001, and M.S. and Ph. D. degrees in electronic science and technology from Zhejiang University, in 2004 and 2011, respectively.
He joined the School of Electronics and Information, Hangzhou Dianzi University, Hangzhou, China in 2004 as a Lecture from 2005 to 2014 and as an associate Professor from 2016. His current research interests mainly include Design for Manufacturing, Statistical Modeling of Process Variations,and Nanometer CMOS Devices. He has published many journal papers in Microelectronics Journal,Electronics,Journal of Nanoelectronics and Optoelectronics, Solid State Electronics,Chinese Physics Letters, Nanoscience and Nanotechnology Letter, Fluctuation and Noise Letters, et.al. He is also a reviewer for many international journals such as Solid State Electronics, Integration The VLSI Journal, International Journal of Electronic, Silicon, IET Device Ciurcuit&System, Nanoscience and Nanotechnology Letter, IET Journal of Engineering, and Active and Passive Electronic Component.
