Zhang Huichao received his Ph.D. degree in physical electronics from the School of Electronic Science & Engineering, Southeast University in 2014. In the same year, he joined the College of Electronics and Information, Hangzhou Dianzi University. In 2015-2019, he worked as a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Laboratory of Micro/Nano-Photonics and Ultrafast Spectroscopy, Nanjing University.
His research interests include the synthesis of novelty semiconductor nanomaterials; the studying of various semiconductor nanostructures by utilizing the single-particle and ultrafast spectroscopic; the luminescent devices based on semiconductor nanomaterials.
