报告摘要: This talk will focus on MEMS and nanostructuring of smart materials for integrated sensors, microactuators, microfluidic and lab-on-chip applications. These smart materials include (1) piezoelectric materials for acoustofluidics and lab-on-chips with multiple functions such as biosensing, particle/cell concentrating and sorting, patterning, pumping, mixing, nebulization and jetting; (2) shape memory alloys and microactuators; nanocomposite shape memory polymer; (3) nanostructured oxides for sensing and energy applications.

傅永庆教授在微纳米材料技术,压电MEMS器件,智能材料研究,特别是在薄膜表面声波微流体及芯片及薄膜形状记忆合金和聚合物研究等领域有很高的国际声望。目前已发表著作两部, SCI期刊论文数为308 (SCI H-index38SCI 总引用次数>5800), 杂志包括Progress in Materials Science; Advanced Drug Delivery Review, Nano Letters; Nature Communications傅教授在微系统器件设计,制备及测试以及净化室工作有十几年的丰厚的经验,在薄膜技术方面,他拥有二十年的制备及表征经验. 他的科研团队具有各种先进薄膜制备器件和加工仪器设备,和许多世界知名研究课题组有长期合作关系. 团队所在的智能材料及表面课题组,和智能传感器课题组的主要研究包括智能材料设计,制备,表面改性获得新型功能器件、电子通讯、柔性显示、生物工程、能源等。
